1. Definitions
"Coach" or "Provider" refers to Raul, the person providing coaching services. "Client" refers to any person who uses the coaching services offered through this site. "Services" refers to 1:1 coaching sessions and any associated materials or resources.
2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing the site and/or purchasing coaching services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these provisions, please do not use the site or our services.
3. Nature of services
Coaching services are intended for personal development and do not constitute psychotherapy, psychological counseling, psychiatry, or any form of clinical intervention. The coach does not provide medical diagnoses or prescribe treatments.
4. Scheduling and conducting sessions
- Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement between coach and client
- Sessions have a duration established at the beginning of the collaboration
- Sessions may be conducted online (video call) or in person, as agreed
- The client is responsible for attending at the scheduled time
5. Rescheduling and cancellation
- Rescheduling a session is possible with a minimum of 24 hours notice
- Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are considered completed
- No-show without prior notification is considered a completed session
6. Payments and pricing
- Prices are those displayed on the site at the time of purchase
- Payment is made in full before the start of the session/package
- Prices may be changed without prior notice, but changes do not affect packages already purchased
7. Refund policy
Individual paid sessions are non-refundable. For packages, unused sessions may be rescheduled according to the rescheduling policy, but are not refundable. In exceptional circumstances, a mutually agreed solution may be discussed.
8. Confidentiality
The content of coaching sessions is confidential. The coach will not disclose information discussed in sessions to third parties, except in situations where there is a legal obligation to do so or in cases involving imminent danger to the client or others.
9. Intellectual property
All site content (text, images, design, structure) is the property of Raul and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction, distribution, or use of content without written consent is prohibited.
10. Limitation of liability
The coach does not assume responsibility for decisions made by the client as a result of the coaching process. The client participates voluntarily and assumes full responsibility for their actions and results.
11. Modification of terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect from the date of publication on the site. Continued use of services after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts of Romania.
