You may know me from modelling, television, social media or the ski slopes. But beyond the image, there has always been something deeper for me: sports, discipline, pushing past limits, continuous learning and a genuine desire to work with people.
Ever since I was young, I was preoccupied with questions that many people perhaps ignore: why do people fight? Why is there suffering, violence or injustice? What does good and evil really mean? What does it truly mean to be a man or a woman? How does this world work, and why do people end up hurting each other?
I grew up with a void that many don't recognise — the absence of someone to teach me how to understand life, relationships and people. Over time, that very void became one of my greatest motivations.
I started competitive athletics at 14. Then I played football at junior level, but was forced to stop due to a serious injury. Recovery took 6 months — and it was the first time I truly stopped and asked myself: why did this happen and where do I go from here?
Perhaps you've asked yourself the same thing. In a moment when you felt something wasn't right, that you were repeating the same patterns, giving everything you had and it still wasn't enough — or that you simply no longer knew who you were outside the roles you play every day.
During recovery I discovered fitness, which became a lifestyle and which I studied at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport, and later at Master's level.
At 21 I began working as a model, first in Romania, then on the international market — an extremely competitive field where the rejection rate is between 90–99%. Years of pressure, evaluation and external validation. Years in which I learned to work on myself more and more.
At 32, my mother passed away. It was the moment that changed me most profoundly — and the one that is hardest for me to write about. It was the kind of loss that strips you of everything you thought you knew about yourself, about life and about what truly matters. I suffered. I cried. I asked myself things I had no answers to. And it was precisely in that void that something new began.
From that inner process, my journey towards coaching truly started.
A few years later, at 35, I made my television debut — 3 seasons on a reality show with a national audience, in the role of a temptation. Few people know what it means to be in the midst of the most intense relational dynamics, live, in front of the entire country. I saw how attraction, temptation, insecurity, jealousy and the need for validation work — not from books, but by experiencing them directly, in real contexts, with real people.
This experience, alongside everything I had been through in modelling, gave me a rare perspective on the difference between image and identity, presence and performance, individuality and expectations — between what we show the world and what we truly experience inside.
All of this ultimately led me to my own coaching process — first as a client. I worked on my less conscious and unaccepted parts. I learned to see myself more completely and more wholly. I understood how the relationships in my life functioned as mirrors in which I encountered myself.
Thanks to the transformation I went through, I made the decision to become a coach and to work with other people.
Looking back, I realise that people naturally came to me for guidance — first in sport, then in life, and later in relationships and during difficult times. All the experiences I went through led me in the same direction: to guide, support and help people understand themselves more deeply and rebuild their lives more consciously.
I don't work with you from theory alone. I understand you. I can feel your struggle. And I can stay beside you through the process of rebuilding yourself.
My experience is not built solely from certifications, but from real years of discipline, performance, exposure, loss, training and direct work with people — in contexts that demand presence, clarity and the ability to guide.
Over time, my search led me to a deeper understanding of human nature, duality and the way life works. I began to understand the world through the lens of universal laws and the fact that the universe constantly tends towards balance. I realised that light and darkness, success and suffering, strength and vulnerability are not opposites that exclude each other — but parts of the same human experience. This perspective helped me stop seeing difficulties merely as obstacles, but as opportunities for awareness, growth and transformation. And it helped me understand more deeply the relationships between people and the way life experiences shape our identity, emotions and choices.
My path brings together over 25 years of experience working directly with people, alongside a solid foundation in sport, education, mental discipline, performance and personal development.
Today, I bring together all the worlds I have lived in for so many years — sport, performance, modelling, television, loss, searching and transformation — into a deep, practical and applied coaching process. A space where we don't avoid what is hard, but work exactly there. On clarity, emotional balance, more conscious relationships and real performance — built from the inside out.
